Fiscal transparency is very important to me.  All of my pricing is clear, simple, and above-board.  Land Management work is on an hourly, not project basis.  This helps assure unbiased and objective suggestions and recommendations.

• Land Management consultation, coordination, crew supervision, pest management, and report writing (onsite or from home office): $100/hr.   Initial consultation special pricing:  $125 for 1.5 hrs.

• "Fine weeding", planting, seeding, $80/hr.  

• Poison oak work supervision and coordination: $150/hr.
